To Whom It May Concern:
為進一步推動我國道路運輸及客車在交通運輸業中的推廣應用，促進行業科技進步，提升行業科學發展水平，在充分征求行業意見和建議的基礎上，經研究，于“2021世界道路運輸與公交車輛大會”舉辦期間，展會組委會將開展“WRBC2021世界道路運輸杯”評獎活動。現將有關事宜通知如下：
In order to further facilitate the application of China’s road transportation and passenger vehicles in the transportation industry and promote technological advances, the Organizing Committee has, after full deliberation of opinions and advice, decided to confer the “WRBC 2021 World Road Transport Cup” awards during the 2021 WRBC. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
一、參評范圍
1. Candidates:
本次評選對象面向“2021世界道路運輸與公交車輛大會”參會企業以及“中國青島國際道路運輸裝備科技博覽會”參展企業和產品。
Potential candidates include all the exhibitors and products in the 2021 WRBC and the China Qingdao International Road Transport Equipment and Technology Expo.

三、申報方式
3. Award Application:
參加申報的企業請按要求，根據申報產品類別如實填寫申報材料，并加蓋公章，將電子掃描件報送會組委會秘書處， 截止日期為 2021 年 10 月 31日。每單位僅限申報一項。本次產品評獎活動采用“材料提交+現場考察”的形式進行推薦。
Companies that apply for any award should fill in the forms truthfully according to the applied product category, affix the official seal, and submit the scanned electronic copy to the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee before October 31, 2021. Every department/agency/company should apply for one award only.Candidates will be nominated after submitting information and conducting on-site inspection.
四、推薦結果
4. Results:
產品評獎結果將在“2021世界道路運輸與公交車輛大會”上公布，同時舉辦評獎揭曉活動。
An event will be held to unveil the results during the 2021 WRBC.
